Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of conference registration must be initiated by sending an email to the Conference Secretariat at registration@aoiconmumbai2027.com, clearly mentioning the registration number in the subject line.

Refunds will be applicable only on the base registration amount and will exclude GST and transaction charges. All cancellation-related communication must be sent from the same email address used at the time of registration.

Refund Policy

  • Registration is non-transferable under any circumstances.
  • Cancellations received on or before 15th August 2026 will be eligible for a 75% refund, after deduction of applicable taxes and processing fees.
  • Cancellations received from 16th August 2026 to 15th September 2026 (both days inclusive) will be eligible for a 50% refund, after deduction of applicable taxes and processing fees.
  • Cancellations received from 16th September 2026 to 15th October 2026 (both days inclusive) will be eligible for a 25% refund, after deduction of applicable taxes and processing fees.
  • No refunds will be applicable for cancellations received on or after 16th October 2026.
  • All eligible refunds will be processed within six (6) weeks after the completion of the conference.
  • The date and time stamp of the cancellation email sent by the delegate will be considered the official date of cancellation.
