Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Applications are open only to AOI National Life Members.
  • Registration for AOICON 2027 is mandatory.
  • Abstracts submitted by invited faculty will not be accepted.
  • Acceptance of abstracts is subject to approval by the Scientific Committee.
  • The decision of the Scientific Committee shall be final.

Dr. K. U. Shah Award — Senior Consultant

  • Applicants must be above 40 years of age as on 1 January 2027. Proof of age must be submitted along with the abstract.
  • The abstract must not exceed 200 words.
  • Abstracts must be submitted under the following headings:
    • Aim
    • Methodology
    • Results
    • Conclusions
  • Duration of presentation: 8 minutes.

  • Applicants must be 40 years of age or below as on 1 January 2027. Proof of age must be submitted along with the abstract.
  • The abstract must not exceed 200 words.
  • Abstracts must be submitted under the following headings:

    • Results
    • Conclusions
  • Duration of presentation: 8 minutes.

  • The abstract must not exceed 200 words.
  • Abstracts must be submitted under the following headings:

  • Duration of presentation: 8 minutes.
  • Selected candidates will be required to submit a PowerPoint presentation comprising 10 slides for a single case report or 20 slides for a case series.
  • A passport-size digital photograph of the presenter must be included.
  • E-posters will be displayed in the designated area at the conference venue.
